To work locum tenens through PRN Healthcare you will typically need the following:

• Complete PRN Healthcare locum tenen application and a release authorization form
• Signed PRN agreement
• Updated CV in MM/YYYY format
• 3 references from peers who have worked with you in a practice setting within the last 24 months.

There is a PRN credentialing process that must also be completed along with any credentialing or privileging process required by the facility contracting your services. At PRN, we will assist you with the credentialing and privileging process as best as possible.
