Referral Program Details:
- Referral bonus eligible for referring Physicians and Advanced Practitioners – want to refer a Nurse or Tech? Do that here!
- Bonuses paid out monthly
- You may not refer one another
- Each employee can be referred only one time
- Payment of the referral bonus is made through payroll or with a completed W-9
Physicians Referral Bonus:
- 1st Referral Bonus – $500: Bonus paid is paid after the referred Physician has worked 14 days
- 2nd Referral Bonus – $750: Bonus: Bonus paid after the 2nd referred Physician has worked 14 days
- 3rd Referral Bonus & Ongoing – $1,000: Bonus paid after the 3rd referred Physician has worked 14 Days
Advanced Practitioner Referral Bonus:
- 1st Referral – $500: Bonus paid after Advanced Practitioner has completed an assignment totaling at least 60 calendar days
- 2nd Referral – $750: Bonus paid after the second referral has completed an assignment totaling at least 60 calendar days
- 3rd Referral & Ongoing- $1,000: Bonus paid after referral has completed an assignment totaling at least 60 calendar days
